General

Any order placed implies the acceptance of our general conditions of sale.

Our sales are reserved for professionals.

Any order will become final only when it is confirmed by our company by email and paid in full.

The publisher of the site reserves the right to change, without notice, prices according to currency fluctuation, typographical error or any other reason of force majeure regardless of our will.

In case of an error in the price list on our paper price list, or list sent to electronic file, the prices in force will be those updated on our website.

There may be a variation in the grammage of textile articles of +-10%.

Our products being handmade or semi-industrial, the customer accepts that our products have slight variations in sizes, colors and weight of the items.

All photos on our website and on our quotes, order form, invoices or delivery note have no contractual value and may be subject to variations compared to the actual product.

If the amount of the missing invoiced goods is less than € 25.00 at the time of delivery, they will not be returned, a credit note for the amount corresponding to the non-delivered goods will be made, or the goods will be added to the next order.

Payment

Unless otherwise stated or special condition agreed with the customer, payment of the order must be made before shipping the goods by credit card or bank transfer.
